Can I return a Micro Scooter?

We offer a 28 day no quibble guarantee for all except our bespoke scooter ranges. If you have ordered a personalised scooter or a design your own these can only be returned if they are faulty on arrival.

How do I return a Micro Scooter?

Three easy steps: In parcel form, book free postage, your parcel arrives and is actioned at the warehouse.

Paper form in parcel: Flip over your paper delivery note that came with your scooter and note down your choice of full refund or exchange (and what you want to exchange it for). Without this note the warehouse team will simply refund.

Returns Information

We use Royal Mail for UK Mainland returns and DPD IE for Irish orders.

Check that you have proof of postage when you drop your item to the relevant service. Royal Mail the post office can give you a proof of postage receipt . DPD IE you will have your parcel tracking number in an email as proof.

Lastly please wait for your Micro Scooters confirmation email. Your postage service will confirm once the parcel is back to the warehouse after which we'll unpack and process following your instruction within the parcel. Refund of monies will be released to your original payment method and can take up to 10 working days to show in your account. An exchange of goods usually takes 3-4 working days.

We offer you a FREE 28 Day, no quibble return on any scooter or accessory with exception of items personalised or designed you your order and helmets where the swing tag and header card packaging have been removed.

How to exchange a Micro Scooters product

Three easy steps: 1. Fill out returns form 2. Book free postage 3. Your parcel arrives back at the warehouse and the exchange is actioned.
