Little, Often and Make it Fun

Studies have shown that short, frequent bouts of exercise can be particularly effective with children – helping them to concentrate better, for longer. So a scoot to school doesn’t just make the morning run faster and easier – it turbocharges kids’ performance in class too.

The same can be said for grown-ups – scoot the commute to start your day in the best possible way. What we’re really excited about is that studies have also shown that the more fun the exercise is, the greater the cognitive benefits. Go forth and scoot we say.
