Q. How do you send me my scooter to try?
We will send your scooter to you using DHL(UKMail). You will need to be in to sign for your scooter (we can also send directly to your work if you prefer)
Q: What happens if I like the adult scooter and wish to buy it?
If at the end of your trial 14 days you like the scooter, please phone us on 0333 320 1030 to purchase your brand new one.
Q. How do I send the demo scooter back to you?
If, at the end of your 14 day trial, you would like to purchase a brand new scooter, please phone us on 0333 3201030 or place an order on our web site.
Q. How do I send the demo scooter back to you?
You will receive an email 3 days before your trial period ends. The email will contain details of your collection day. You will be contacted separately via the courier DHL who will advise of a time. The cost of this is included in the delivery charge you would have paid at the beginning of the demo period. All we ask is you please pack the scooter using the original packaging provided when we sent you the demo scooter.If this date is not convenient please get in touch with us within 24 hours to rearrange the collection. We can only rearrange collections once. If a collection is missed then a charge will be incurred.
Q. What happens if forget to return the demo scooter?
If after the 14 days you have forgotten to return it to us or a collection has been missed then we will contact you again to remind you. If we are unable to contact you or if you then fail to return the scooter we will charge you the full RRP price of the scooter as per the Terms and Conditions.
Q: What happens if I want to hire the scooter for less than or longer than 14 days?
We currently only offer a 14 day trial period. The 14 days starts from when we send you the scooter, to the time you return the scooter. If you want to keep the scooter for less than 14 days then you can return it to us sooner.
