Your delivery came with a delivery note, turn this over to see the section to fill out and place inside the parcel for return. You will need to handwrite your instruction for the warehouse team. Request Your Free Return Label and Find Your Nearest Drop Off Point
Use our easy DPD portal to set up your FREE Return and obtain your parcel label. From the main menu select 'RETURNS' and then 'Continue as guest'. Follow the step guide shown on your screen to set up your return choosing 'MICROSCOOTERRETURNS' as your retailer. You will also be able to quickly find your nearest drop off points.
Pack Your Parcel, Print Your Label and Drop to Your Nearest Location
When packing your parcel for return please check: 1. Paper returns form filled out and packed inside your parcel. 2. DPD label for your free return is printed and placed on the front of your parcel.
