We are confident that after 28 days of consecutive use you will have established new healthy habits and discovered the transformational effect that scooting has on your day. We are sure you won’t want to part with your Micro Scooter, but if you disagree, you can return it for a full refund.

Please note we cannot refund or exchange any personalised or Create your own Bespoke product unless the item is faulty

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Step 1
COMPLETE YOUR RETURNS FORM
Complete your paper returns form which came with your order or download one here >. Mark the reason for your return ‘28 day money back guarantee’ along with any other comments you may have on why a Micro scooter isn’t for you (and anything else you’d like to share with us.
Step 2
PACK YOUR PARCEL
Ensure the following:
- Paper returns form filled out and packed inside your parcel.
- Include all in box warranties and any other material supplied unless informed otherwise.
- Check that the package is securely sealed.
Step 3
SEND US YOUR PARCEL
Send the return to the address shown below, and obtain a proof of sending for your own records.

NEXT STEPS
Your exchange or refund will then be processed and completed within 5 working days of arrival. Please await confirmation email from our warehouse team who will confirm receipt and completion of your instructions.
