How to Return or Exchange an Item
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation before dispatch. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and return the item within 28 days of receipt.
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed. As a result, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled before dispatch. If cancellation is not possible, customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 28 days of receiving the goods and return the item for a refund in accordance with our returns policy.
Fill out your in parcel returns form
You delivery came with a delivery note, turn this over to see the Returns Form section to fill out to place inside the parcel for return. You will need to handwrite your instruction for the warehouse team. If you wish to exchange please write out the items you want using the website product description.

When packing your parcel for return please check the Paper returns form filled out and packed inside your parcel.
