What's the difference between a Mini and a Maxi?

The Mini and Maxi both offer children our intuitive lean-to-steer mechanism. And they both have adjustable and light up models. The real difference is that the Maxi has scaled things up for older, larger children - with a larger footplate, longer handlebar and weight of 2.5kg instead of the Mini's 1.9kg. Our Mini is perfect for children age 3 to 5 years, or 80 to 110cm tall. Our Maxi is perfect for children age 5 to 12 years, or 110 to 152cm tall.

Great Scooter - Well designed/ built

"Great Scooter - Seems Well built and durable although still early days so time will tell. But confident it will be good. Seems much faster than my sons previous scooter - possibly due to wheel composition also back wheel brake has a sturdy metal band so looks as if it will be durable - on my sons last scooter after a lot of use this fell off as was only plastic. I think micro scooters are very well designed/ made and definetly worthy of more expensive price tag."

"I have to say i have tried afew different scooters and they were not very good and quality was poor. I recently purchased this scooter for school runs and playabouts for my 5 year old and it works so well and easy to move around in and the quality is strong and light weight. Main thing that I love is it's easy to turn around corners."

the scooter is ok, good

"the scooter is ok, good quality wheels . but the accessories such as the basket and the ring bell are such bad quality, and you get charged over £20 for them as add on. the basket's stirpes are too short and dont fit the handlebar , they keep coming and off while riding. The flower on the basket is just bad, anything you can find in a pound shop. the bell is again too short to be fitted on the handle bar, you need to stretch it to the max to fit it and just over all is a very cheap gadget. I contacted the support asking for a discount , since my child won't let go of either basket and bell - she is playing with them regardless - and they said no discounts , just return the items. It's bad customer service from a company that deals with family, i've been saving months and months to be able to afford this for my child as a single working mum and I am disappointed by the company , it's a rip off"
