"The scooter arrived promptly and my grandson is very excited to learn how to ride it. He is just five, so learning to balance on two wheels, rather than 3 like the previous scooter will definitely build his skills. He loves the look of the scooter, the dinosaur bell that we added, and, of course the light up wheels."
"I really wanted to love the Micro Cruiser scooter I was buying for my child's birthday, but sadly I was left with a bit of a bitter taste. Scooter 1 was Acqua. It was assembled (or so I thought), wrapped and hidden away ready to open with matching accessories for my child's big day. Obviously excited they opened it and went to ride it but couldn't as one of the middle sections was too close to the ground, scraped on our level driveway making it completely unusable and scraped the paint off also. Scooter 1 was returned. I purchased scooter 2 whilst awaiting my refund on scooter 1. Scooter 2 was also faulty from the box as the handlebars were 'locked' and would only turn a few inches. Scooter 2 returned and scooter 3 purchased in Pink as by this time we'd grown to hate the Acqua colour due to all of the quality issues. Pink scooter 3 has been fine so far but I expected so much better and especially for the cost. I'd also tried to reach out on WhatsApp but these messages aren't monitored and only generate auto replies. The only positive is the returns and refund process being relatively easy, straightforward and quick especially as I live within easy walking distance of our local Post Office. Sadly due to the above, I'd likely not purchase again or recommend. It really ruined my child's birthday also and with much time on the day trying to figure out what was wrong, working out how to return and repackaging."
