Why does the box state age range 12+ but the website says this scooter is suitable for 5+?

All of our stunt scooters are toy tested to EN71 making them suitable for children from the age of 5 years. In addition we also test them to a recognised sports standard, making them suitable for older professional teenage and adult riders at the skate park. It is this certification you will see on the box when your scooter arrives to give you extra peace of mind.

"I was very disappointed with micro scooters. Firstly having ordered on a Tuesday morning, the scooter was not received until the following Monday. It looked to have been dispatched late and then the courier failed to deliver on the allocated day. Missing the birthday it was intended for so had to purchase elsewhere. Secondly, I appreciate returns are fine but when attempting to contact the live-chat, once away from the AI bot content, I was never connected to a real person, waiting for half hour so gave up. Disappointing experience and expected better. Have returned the product and waiting for a full refund."
